REGISTRATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be received in writing. E-mail to info@eu-eaga.org by 16 October, 2009, to qualify for a refund. After 16 October 2009, there will be no refunds.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by16 October 2009. All refunds will be processed after the event.
• Substitutions must be received in writing by 16th October 2009. After 16 October 2009, you will need to bring your request at the event registration desk.
• Provide a business card when you arrive on-site to pick up EU-EAGA Business Match-Making materials. |
