Preferred Airline

Malaysia Airlines (MAS), the country's main airline carrier will be providing special assistance to all participants in making arrangements for their flights. MAS will provide special discounts for the participants to attend EU-EAGA events.

MAS is pleased to extend the following to delegates attending the event:-

For International Flights

  • 30% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Business Class Nett Market Fare (MHBusiness – booking class “C”)
  • 15% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Economy Class Nett Market Fare (MHFlex – booking class “Y, W or K”)
  • 10% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Economy Class Nett Market Fare (MHSmart– booking class “M or B”)

 For Domestic Flights

  • 20% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Economy Class Nett Market Fare (MHFlex– booking class “Y”)
  • 15% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Economy Class Nett Market Fare (MHSmart– booking class “W”)

     NOTE

    • Fares quoted exclude taxes and other surcharges.
    • Fares offered are valid on MH operated flights only. (Not valid on MH9000 series)
    • Not applicable for Singapore – Malaysia VV and Brunei – Malaysia VV sectors.

2. BOOKING PROCEDURE

A. RESERVATION

  • Confirmation of booking class is subject to seat availability upon reservation
  • Please ensure your flight reservations are made direct with the nearest Malaysia Airlines’ office and neither through any travel agent nor via internet booking.

  • A booking reference (PNR) will be provided once the reservation is confirmed.
  • For any inquiries on Malaysia Stopover (MSO) packages, please refer to the nearest Malaysia Airlines office upon making your flight reservation

B. PAYMENT/TICKETING

  • Please make payment to the nearest Malaysia Airlines ticket office
  • Payment can be made by cash or credit card
  • Upon ticketing, kindly quote:
    • Booking reference number (PNR)
